Delivery:
Our orders are processed the day after receipt of payment, as long as both are working days. From that moment, the delivery time will depend on the destination, as shown below:
- Spain Peninsula: 3-4 business days
- Baleares: 5-7 business days
- Other countries: 7-14 working days

In the exceptional case there was some variation or delay in the shipping, we will contact the customer via the email provided in the purchase process.
Discrete shipping
All our shipments are sent in a totally discreet, in an envelope or completely opaque and without any indication of the content of the package.
On the other hand, if the request has been made for a special occasion and you want your order to be gift wrapped, simply indicate it in the checkout process. We'll do it gladly for free.
